Terms & Conditions

Payment for an order is required prior to it being despatched.

The price is inclusive of GST.

No orders containing alcohol can be received from or sent to a person under 18 years of age.

An alternative delivery instruction is required if no-one is at the address to receive the delivery.

Orders placed over a weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday only excluding public holidays.

Extra time may be required for delivery at busy times e.g. Christmas" Valentines Day etc.

We are not responsible for:

1. incorrect delivery details or dates which you have provided and which could cause delivery delay or a re-delivery fee.
2. availability of stock items which will be replaced with an alternative item of equivalent or greater value.
3. unforseen reasons resulting in a delivery delay.
4. theft loss or damage where the gift has been delivered in accordance with your instructions.
5. delivery not being made at a particular time.

Cancellation policy:

A. No cancellations are acceptable after an order has been despatched.
B. Cancellations will only be considered when received 72 hours prior to being despatched and otherwise at our discretion in respect to the amount payable or part thereof.

If a redelivery fee is incurred this charge will be passed onto you.

A delivery to a business address requires also the business name and the name of the intended recipient.

A post office box address is not acceptable.

Particulars of the order or its recipient are received in strictest confidence.

In making a purchase you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions and that these terms and conditions may be varied at any time without notice.

Limitation Of Liability And Warranty

CUSTOMER AGREES THAT USE OF THE SERVICE IS ENTIRELY AT CUSTOMER'S OWN RISK. SERVICES ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS ' WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY FOR INFORMATION SERVICES UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS OR PRODUCTS PROVIDED THROUGH OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE SOFTWARE LICENSED TO THE CUSTOMER AND THE RESULTS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE. SPECIFICALLY WE DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION: 1) ANY WARRANTIES CONCERNING THE AVAILABILITY ACCURACY OR CONTENT OF INFORMATION PRODUCTS OR SERVICES; AND 2) ANY WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

THIS DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY APPLIES TO ANY DAMAGES OR INJURY CAUSED BY ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE ERROR OMISSION INTERRUPTION DELETION DEFECT DELAY IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION COMPUTER VIRUS COMMUNICATION LINE FAILURE THEFT OR DESTRUCTION OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO ALTERATION OF OR USE OF RECORD WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT TORTIOUS BEHAVIOR NEGLIGENCE OR UNDER ANY OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION. CUSTOMER SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGES THE SERVICE IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE DEFAMATORY OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS OR THIRD-PARTIES AND THAT THE RISK OF INJURY FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH CUSTOMER.

NEITHER THE SERVICE NOR ANY OF ITS AGENTS AFFILIATES OR CONTENT PROVIDERS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT INDIRECT INCIDENTAL SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF USE OF THE SERVICE OR INABILITY TO GAIN ACCESS TO OR USE THE SERVICE OR OUT OF ANY BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY. CUSTOMER HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION SHALL APPLY TO ALL CONTENT ON THE SERVICE.
